Aurelia was a lot better today but I am still afraid for her.
She set alarms of while I was pumping, and so they had to remove her ventilation tube, when they did they found it was full of snot. So it wasn't really helping with breathing. So they put her back on CPAP which didn't quite fit properly. The student nurse was on the case chasing the Senior nurse but we had to leave to see Daria.
Isobel is so much better than she was and the blood collection shows she has a different bug to Aurelia!
When we got to Addenbrookes I went to see Sarah and the lovely nurses in the annexe. I did spend some time in the twighlight zone getting a post natal check up. They are a different breed of midwife on the other side. I saw aunty midwife Natalie who was caring for me the day the girls came. :-) She is so lovely and looked after me so well. Even getting me wholemeal rice and diabetic treats when I had gestational diabetes.
I saw the lovely MCA Ros who told me she was 'surprised' that the LM dark side had wanted to discharge me so quickly.
Richard took many trips to pack my stuff from Ellesworth house.
Then we went to see Daria.
Daria is drinking 2ml of milk, spends 5 hours off CPAP twice a day
